Order Processing & Risk Verification

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment
  • Orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays are processed the next working day
  • High-volume periods may extend processing to up to 5 business days
  • Orders may be subject to fraud checks, identity verification, or manual approval

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders flagged as high-risk.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • EU: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, logistics delays, or external disruptions.

Shipping Costs & Customs Responsibilities

  • International customers are responsible for:

Failure to pay such charges may result in shipment return or disposal. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking & Delivery Liability

  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • Risk transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed
